Pilates and functional Training

Pilates is a great form of functional exercise, using ones body weight and core stability to build strength, stability and flexibility. 
Pilates was developed by Joseph pilates as a method of exercise for people who were injured in the war to assist them through a range of movements. 
I offer a combination of Mat and machine based work. Depending on your needs and capabilities. I will tailor your session tso that you get the best out of it for your needs.
