Pilates and functional Training

Pilates is a great form of functional exercise, using ones body weight and core stability to build strength, stability and flexibility. 
Pilates was developed by Joseph pilates as a method of exercise for people who were injured in the war to assist them through a range of movements. 
I offer a combination of Mat and machine based work. Depending on your needs and capabilities. I will tailor your session tso that you get the best out of it for your needs.

Based at Sugar Village in Umhlali. 

I work with private clients as well as Duo sessions and group classes. 

Focus is placed on corrective Pilates technique, form follows function.

I will teach you how to use your body to get the best out of your Pilates experience by giving variations or adjustments when needed.
