Upper body stability & core strength
Whats upper body strength without using your core to activate the upper body correctly and get the most out of your exercises. This session will fire up your core while engaging your upper body strength in functional exercises. Body weight and motivation is all thats required.
Beginner: Upper body. Scap stability and postural work
This sessions will leave you will a sense of achievement and consistency in building your upperbody strength without the bulk. Long, lean muscles... The best way to get into strength through the arms, shoulders and back is to dive straight in. Modifications are used to develop confidence and a base line of strength. Give it a go, you might surprise yourself :)
Active stretch - Hip openers and hamstrings - intermediate level
Improve your hamstring flexibility and open those hips, including adductor stretches. This is an intermediate stretching class with deep hip openers and some eccentric hamstring stretches. Active stretching takes control and strength to work deep through these position.
